PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A fully integrated, waste disposal facility of treating the wastes from Dow’s Siloxane JV processes at the Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province.  The processing capacity is of 18,000 metric tons per year of combined liquid, slurry and solid wastes generated form the Siloxane JV processes.  The overall facility includes a tank farm storage facility for hazardous liquid and slurry waste streams as well as facilities to stage and prepare a broad range of solid wastes for processing in the incineration equipment.  The waste processing facility also include a rotary kiln incinerator with waste heat recovery boiler and all of the required air pollution control equipment.
