China International Water & Electric Corp (S) Pte Ltd., or CIWE in abbreviation, was incorporated in Singapore in 1991. Since its incorporation, the Company has forged a solid business foundation, serving customers in growing markets which now includes China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East and North America.

CIWE has engineering design, fabrication, manufacturing, procurement, construction and commissioning capabilities to serve as one stop solution provider to energy, resources and industrial infrastructures such as logistic terminal, storage tank, power generation, transmission and substation, petrochemical, desalination and hazardous waste treatment.  With our combined experience and expertise, we also undertake operation and maintenance of utility plants.

CIWE owns modern fabrication and manufacturing facilities in Qingdao, China, which are duly certified by international agencies including JSFA, AISC, CWB, SSSS etc. CIWE also manages a specialized assembly and modularisation yard for oversized, overweight and multi-discipline products to meet our customers and projects need.  We have easy access to the port and capable to provide marine shipment services as required.

Our structured approach to the management from front end engineering to the system handover and from materials preparation to the delivery over project site has determined the quality of our work. Over the past 30 years, we have also maintained a sound and strict safety as well as environmental management system in place and achieved a very good record. We have been certified with ISO45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management and ISO 14001:2015 for Environment Management System as well.

CIWE, with its extensive expertise and experience in the markets it serves, is familiar with local as well as international standards and practices.
