PROJECT DESCRIPTION：

• Fabrication, blasting and painting, insulation, packing and transportation of AS Unit1,2,3 HRSG casing and duct for MHI Anegasaki Power Plant Project in Japan
• Weight is near 1450tons for each unit and total weight is up to 4350tons, which includes casing panels, inlet, outlet duct panels, exhaust duct panels, NH3 injection grid, gas mixer, seismic tie, inner brace, gauge connection, baffle plate, bumper, insulation and other appendixes with total 28 different items.
• Size of casing panel is up to 25m length, 7.5m width, 2m height, and weight is up to 64tons.
• All the casing and duct panels are be insulated at shop.

• Surface preparation and shop painting

• Export packing, domestic transportation
